Return & Refund Policy
At Woolerist, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and unopened
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
- You contact us before returning the item
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Return shipping costs are not refundable
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
If the product has a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Opened wool or fiber products
- Used tools
- Custom or special orders
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
